As soon as we have received your order, we will immediately start working for you, so cancellation is not always possible. Please contact customer service at info@babyhuys.com. We will check whether cancellation is still possible.

Delivery time

What is the delivery time?


The delivery time is often stated for each product.
If you order more than one product, the delivery time of the entire order is equal to the longest delivery time.
Where nothing is stated, the delivery time is 1-3 working days.


Items heavier than 30 kg (including white goods or large rabbit hutches) will not be delivered on Saturdays.


It may unexpectedly happen that a product is sold out, or that we cannot meet the delivery time that we indicate. In this case we will contact you.

  • All orders in the Netherlands from € 75.00: FREE
  • All other items up to €75.00 in the Netherlands: €5.95
  • Delivery in Belgium / Germany: €6.95
  • Delivery in various countries: Calculated in the shopping cart based on the items

Excluding any surcharges due to different shape, size or weight.
For orders under €20, a surcharge of €2.50 applies

Place an order

How do I place an order?


Step 1: click on the shopping cart for the desired item. After this you will enter the shopping cart


Step 2: in the shopping cart, check the order and click 'checkout' (or 'continue shopping' if you want to order more items).


Step 3: Enter your details or log in with your account. If you are ordering for the first time, you can check 'create an account...'. An account will then be created for you. You can also place an order as a Guest, you do not need to create an account.


Step 4: select the desired payment method and click on "place your order". When choosing an acceptance giro, you must enter a number of additional details. If applicable, you will be directed to the Ideal or credit card system. After correct completion you will receive a confirmation by email.
