Service is our top priority, so if you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, you can simply return it within 14 days of receiving it.

4. Return or exchange:
- Follow our customer service instructions on how to return the incorrect or damaged item. We will make sure you receive the correct item or receive a refund as soon as possible
If you would like to exchange an item, we are happy to help you. Follow the steps below to make your exchange go smoothly:

- Please make sure that the item you want to exchange meets our exchange conditions, e.g. within 14 days of receipt and in unused condition with all original labels and packaging.

- Please include your order number, the item you want to exchange and the replacement item you want (if applicable) in your message.
3. Get instructions:
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with the necessary instructions for the exchange, including the return address and any further steps.
4. Ship the item:
- Carefully pack the item and send it to the return address provided. Please also include a copy of your order confirmation or a cover letter with your order number and contact details.
5. Receive the replacement item:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you. You will receive an email confirmation when your new item has been shipped.
