This sticker shows the maximum weight for which the car seat is suitable. Since 2006, a European car seat or booster seat is mandatory for all children under 1.35 meters.
Placing the car seat is important for safety. The best place is in the back of the car in the back seat. In the event of a collision, the place behind the co-driver is the most dangerous, so never place your child seat here. In places where the airbag is present, you may not put a car seat against the direction of travel, provided you can switch it off.
The car seat from group 0/1 must be placed against the driving device until your child is at least about 12 months old. In the event of a collision, the blow is then passed into the child's back, instead of into the neck. This is better as the neck is not yet strong enough to absorb the blow.

Groups - The car seats are divided according to the weight of the child. The Baby Toddler Car Seats are in group 0/1. These car seats are suitable for children from birth to about 18 months (car seats 0 – 18 KG).
