Returning or exchanging products
To return a product, please send it back to our address with a short note with your ordernumber and reason of return:

The value of the returned products will be refunded to your bank- or credit card account within 10 businessdays. This refund will only be issued to the original bank- or credit card account, from where the payment was made. If payment was made using a credit card, the refund will also be issued towards this card within 10 businessdays.
Please note: Some credit card companies credit their card holders once a month. In this case it could take up to 6 weeks for your refund to show up. (Example: Mastercard NL processed credits in the 3rd week of the month.).

The refundable value will be determined by the product price on your original invoice.

Products that can not be returned:
Seasonal merchandise. (like christmas-products)
Beauty- and hygiene products. (like breastpumps, feeding bottles, lotions, shampoos, diaper disposal systems, etc.)
Articles on sale. If you cannot return these articles this will be advertised with the product.
If you want to return a new product
A new product can be returned if it is unused and if it is accompanied by all documents and accessories that originally came with the product. Also the retail packaging is considered part of the product and has to be in good shape. If the return meets these requirements you will receive a full refund. A return that does not meet these requirements cannot be credited for the full amount. If this condition exists you will be contacted with information on the restocking fee.
